There is another mode of action that makes Liposinol™ effective in helping you manage your weight. The soluble fibres found in Litramine are hydrophilic or “water loving” in nature. When you take Liposinol™ with water immediately after your meal, the soluble fibres in Litramine expand and absorb water readily.

A highly viscous gel is formed and this slows the rate by which your food leaves your stomach. There is no rapid rise of sugar in your blood (known as “sugar-spike”) and this helps maintain your energy levels for the next few hours, resulting in controlled food cravings.
