Delivery
Our normal dispatch period for parcels is within 2 days of receiving your order. Delivery times will vary. Allow up to 28 days for the delivery of goods. In the unlikely event of Liposinol® running out of stock, we will inform you immediately. Your order will be fulfilled as soon as the stocks are replenished. Royal Mail sends out all orders to the customer by untracked post. The addressee/recipient/purchaser of the goods should note that unless stated otherwise, InQpharm Europe Ltd does not accept responsibility for the return of any packages.
Postage & Packing
Postage & packing in the United Kingdom and the European Union is EUR2.80 and EUR4.90 for Rest of the World on all orders.
Cancellation
Any order placed with InQpharm on this web site cannot be cancelled.
Returns
From within 14 days of receive of goods, if you change your mind for any reason and decide to return your order, simply send it back unused and indicate your WorldPay’s transaction ID. We will credit your card account or issue a refund immediately.
