In relation to obesity-associated diseases, various methods determine if your weight has increased your health risk. The most commonly used measurement is the body mass index (BMI), an index of your weight adjusted for your height. It is the measurement of choice for many researchers on obesity and other health professionals. The BMI is used to screen both overweight and obese adults.

Check out your BMI today.

Here’s a guide to your BMI score, to help you find out, if you are overweight or obese.
