The fat–fibre complex is then surrounded by a gel that is formed from another type of fibre in Liposinol^™, the soluble fibre. It is stabilised and protected from changes in pH levels that take place between the stomach and the small intestine. Being too large to be absorbed by the body, the stable fat-fibre complex is eliminated naturally.
