In the fat binding phase, Litramine^® binds readily with the fat from food. It becomes a fat-fibre complex that is too large to be absorbed by the body. The bound fat, as a fat-fibre complex, is eliminated naturally.

After the fat binding phase, the essential fat-soluble vitamins A, D and E are then released. This sequence, made possible with Circadian technology, optimises the availability of the essential fat-soluble vitamins for absorption by the body.
